Miamisburg, Ohio – A house fire in Miamisburg forced a family to evacuate on Monday night.
After 11:00pm on Monday night, firefighters from Miamisburg responded to a report of a fire that had broken out on the second floor of a residence located on Byers Road close to State Route 725.
When firefighters arrived, they could see smoke pouring from the attic of the home. The fire was quickly extinguished in a short period of time.
The occupants of the residence had to be displaced, and the Red Cross was summoned to assist the family.
There were no reported injuries.
An investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
