Mendelsons holds final going out of business sale

Dayton, Ohio – After 55 years of being a staple of downtown Dayton, Mendelsons is calling it quits and having a final liquidation sale.

“We have to be out of the building at 340 East First Street by the end of the year. So, now’s the time. Prices will never be this low. Dishes, housewares, tables, chairs, desks, retro furniture, pallet racking, storage containers, push carts, plus much more. You must see it to believe it.” Owner Sandy Mendelson said. The lowest prices ever in our history and if not low enough ’Let’s Make A Deal! He adds.

Mendelsons has something for everybody, as it’s filled with antique, historical, mechanical, clothing, retro items, housewares, DIY projects, t-shirts, sweatshirts, vintage parts, electronics, NFL & Avon licensed jewelry, store fixtures, and more. And Sandy is ready to make a deal with anybody who sees something that catches their eye.

“We believed in downtown when very few did. And now we see the results. It’s time to hang up my cap and move on to our next venture.” Sandy said. “Dayton has been good to us and we’ve given back tens of thousands of dollars in merchandise to charities, people in need, church groups, and various organizations. We believe in sharing our blessings with the city and region we love.”
