Dayton, Ohio – With two new tenants expected in the spring of 2025, Beavercreek’s vibrant retail and dining center, The Greene, will welcome two well-known companies in fashion and home furnishings, thus enhancing its already popular offerings. The advent of Anthropologie and Arhaus is planned to provide Dayton area and beyond consumers with fresh, fashionable choices as well as provide new employment possibilities in the area.
Trendy Pennsylvanian retailer Anthropologie will open its first store in the Dayton region at The Greene. Renowned for its unique and well-chosen collection, Anthropologie offers fashion apparel, accessories, cosmetics, home décor, and bridal collections among other exclusive items. With more than 200 stores and a loyal following, Anthropologie offers a shopping experience combining fashion-setting style with artistry. Joining other stores in popular retail districts including Kenwood Towne Center in Cincinnati, the new site at The Greene becomes the sixth in Ohio for the company.
To heighten the buzz, Arhaus, a North Ohio-based home goods store, will build a new site at The Greene, therefore increasing its local footprint. Famous for its handcrafted furniture and décor, Arhaus works with artists to provide one-of-a-kind, “timeless” items for homes. Many in the neighborhood already know the name of the company since it has a well-known Miamisburg site and the new Beavercreek branch will let even more local customers explore Arhaus’s extensive array of products, from sofas and tables to lighting and bedding. The brand’s dedication to sustainable sources and fine workmanship has enabled it to grow to almost 100 stores around the country.
“The addition of these prestigious retailers reflects our ongoing dedication to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our community,” said Zach Bornstein, CEO of Olshan Properties. “Anthropologie and Arhaus perfectly complement our existing mix of upscale retailers and further establish The Greene as the region’s leading retail center.”
These new renters for The Greene are only part of a bigger plan to improve its reputation as a major Dayton retail and entertainment center. Bornstein made hints about further announcements to come, implying that further fascinating events will keep molding The Greene’s development in the next years. Apart from improving shopping options, the new stores highlight a larger vision of The Greene as a long-term benefit for the neighborhood.
The Greene finished a major refinancing project earlier this fall, therefore ensuring the financial basis of the property for the next ten years. Completed in October 2024, the refinancing not only guarantees stability but also guarantees that The Greene can carry on its goal of being a vibrant shopping, dining, and entertainment venue for Beavercreek and the larger Dayton area.
“The refinancing represented our commitment to the long-term health, growth and success of the property,” Bornstein said. “It marks a significant milestone in our continued mission to provide a vibrant shopping, dining and entertainment destination to the Dayton community.”
