Dayton, Ohio – In March, a Dayton man was arrested on a number of counts relating to sex crimes against children under the age of majority.
Gerald Pendergrass III was sought by the Dayton Police Department on several charges, including unlawful sexual conduct with a child, importuning and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, according to a press statement from the United States Marshals Service.
During the early hours of March 24, officers from the Dayton Police Department and members of the United States Marshals Service’s Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrived at the intersection of Almond Avenue and Greenleaf Drive. It was reported that Pendergrass was brought into custody without incident, according to the press statement. He is still awaiting his court appearance.
