Ohio – Health officials reported 1,312 new COVID-19 cases in Ohio on Monday.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, Ohio has recorded a total of 2,633,648 COVID-19 cases and 35,005 deaths.
A total of 110,643 people have been hospitalized in Ohio since March 2020, and 99 people have been hospitalized in the last 24 hours due to virus-related complications. 22 of the 99 people have been admitted to the intensive care unit.
The 21-day case average is below 5,700.
The Ohio Department of Health stated that 1,202 people began the vaccination process, bringing the total to 7,198,199, or 61.58 percent of the state’s total population.
