Sidney, Ohio – An arrest warrant has been issued for a man accused of raping a girl and creating images of child pornography.
According to court records, William Justice II, 41, is wanted for rape and three counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor.
According to authorities, a complaint of sexual assault and child pornography that included Justice was received last week, prompting them to start an investigation into it. In this particular example, the victim is a child under the age of five.
In court papers, it is said that the crimes were allegedly done in Justice’s mobile home on Wapakoneta Avenue over a period of several days in January.
According to court documents, Justice photographed and posted images of a prepubescent girl’s private parts to his Google account. The account had not been shared with anybody, according to the Sidney Police Department.
A metadata tracking system enabled Sidney detectives to follow the images all the way to Justice’s residence.
According to court documents, one of the images had a tattoo on it that the authorities were able to match to one of Justice’s.
However, police said that they do not have any evidence at this time that would lead them to assume there are any further victims, but that the matter is still open and being investigated.
