Dayton Public Transportation workers arrested for possessing illegal weapons following a fight

Dayton, Ohio – Two people who worked for Dayton Public Transportation were arrested after being found to be in possession of weapons following a fight.

According to an incident report filed by the Dayton police, officers were called to the Dayton Public Schools Bus Garage located on North James H. McGee Boulevard at around 9:15 a.m. Wednesday in response to a report of an alleged fight.

According to the report, the 37-year-old Dorian D. Stevens and the 53-year-old Della D. Stevens were both arrested on charges related to the possession of felony illegal weapons or ammunition on school property.

According to the online prison records and the report of the event, Della Stevens is also facing a charge of carrying a concealed weapon, which is a crime that falls under the category of a misdemeanor.

Both of the arrested individuals worked at the Dayton Public Transportation Center. They are currently being held in the Montgomery County Jail.

The school district did not comment on the current employment status of the people involved in this incident.
