Last Seen in Early Morning Hours
According to information provided by Scarlibeth’s mother, both Scarlibeth and Oscar were last seen at approximately 5:45 a.m. on September 11. Since then, there has been no confirmed contact with either of them, raising growing concerns about their safety.
Authorities have since discovered the family’s vehicle parked in a lot near Code Credit Union. Nearby, searchers also found Scarlibeth’s shoes, socks, a tablet, cell phone, and a set of keys located close to the riverbank. These findings have deepened fears of a possible water-related incident, though police have not yet confirmed what might have occurred.
