Dayton, Ohio – The Dayton Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing child and an adult male who were last seen early in the morning on September 11, 2025. The pair has been identified as Scarlibeth Garcia Montes and Oscar Garcia.
Last Seen in Early Morning Hours
According to information provided by Scarlibeth’s mother, both Scarlibeth and Oscar were last seen at approximately 5:45 a.m. on September 11. Since then, there has been no confirmed contact with either of them, raising growing concerns about their safety.
Authorities have since discovered the family’s vehicle parked in a lot near Code Credit Union. Nearby, searchers also found Scarlibeth’s shoes, socks, a tablet, cell phone, and a set of keys located close to the riverbank. These findings have deepened fears of a possible water-related incident, though police have not yet confirmed what might have occurred.
