Washington Township, Ohio – The scene of a head-on accident on I-675 that caused closures on most of the southbound lanes has now been cleared and traffic has been restored since.
One motorist was exiting I-75 onto I-675 when they hydroplaned, crossing the median into the southbound lanes and colliding with another car head-on.
The Ohio State Police are in charge of the investigation into this accident.
Both drivers sustained injuries as a result of the collision and were taken to the hospital for treatment, according to Miami Township Police. At the time of this writing, there was no word on their conditions.
