
Huber Heights, Ohio – Tommy’s Express Car Wash is set to open its second regional outlet in the Dayton area, signaling further expansion of the Midwest-based brand. The new location will be situated at 4476 Brandt Pike in Huber Heights, with an anticipated opening this fall, aiming for operations to commence within the next two months.
Spanning an impressive 5,500 square feet, the upcoming facility represents a significant investment in the local economy, with construction costs estimated at $6.6 million. Arizona-based Construction Network Inc. has been tasked with the building efforts, ensuring top-notch infrastructure for the new car wash.
Once operational, the new Tommy’s Express Car Wash will create approximately 20 new jobs in the area, including managerial positions, bolstering local employment opportunities. This expansion not only enhances the brand’s footprint in the region but also contributes to the local economy through job creation and infrastructure development.
Tommy’s Express, a company with a rich history spanning over five decades, boasts a robust national presence with more than 200 locations across 30 states. The Brandt Pike facility will be the second Tommy’s Express in Dayton and the third in Ohio. The brand has ambitious plans, with 95 additional locations slated to open nationwide.
The first Tommy’s Express in the Dayton area opened last year in Franklin, located at 1221 E. Second St., and has since been a popular destination for vehicle owners seeking high-quality car wash services.
