Remains discovered in wooded area identified as those of a Trotwood man

Trotwood, Ohio – The human remains that were found in a wooded area near Trotwood back in March have been identified by the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.

The Montgomery County Coroner’s Office said the remains were identified as those of the 61-year-old man, Bari Littleton, who was last said to have resided in Trotwood.

Workers contracted by AES Ohio power lines discovered the skull and bones on March 8 in a wooded area in Trotwood’s 4900 block of Covenant House Drive, according to authorities. Trotwood police suspect the remains were at the location for a while because of the condition in which they were found.

Littleton’s cause and manner of death have not been determined, and no additional information has been released at this time.
