Overnight standoff in Dayton involving SWAT team still ongoing

Dayton, Ohio – SWAT officers are still engaged in a standoff in Dayton that started late last night.

First responders were sent to the area near East Fifth Street and South Hedges Street in Dayton around 12:14 a.m., according to Montgomery County Regional Dispatch.

A SWAT team was also summoned to the location.

There is currently no information available on the reason for the standoff or if anybody has been hurt.
