Dayton, Ohio – A gas station in Dayton was reportedly the site of a robbery in progress, with the police responding and taking a man into custody.
At around 3:20 in the morning, the Dayton Police Department was called to the All in One Food and Fuel gas station located on North James H. McGee Boulevard in response to reports of a robbery in progress, as reported by Montgomery County Regional Dispatch.
While the reports said that the man who had broken through a door was allegedly armed, there was no official information released by authorities as to whether he was actually armed or not.
We contacted the gas station, and the person who answered the phone said that there was no robbery but refused to provide further information.
The Dayton Police Department is investigating the incident. As soon as more information becomes available, we will update this article.
