Ohio declares February 27th as a “Day of Prayer” for Ukraine

Columbus, Ohio – Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has stated that the state will hold a “Day of Prayer” for Ukraine today.

The state will “further show support” for the people of Ukraine and Ukrainians living in Ohio by having the Ukrainian flag flown at the Ohio Statehouse and the Governor’s House, says DeWine.

During a Sunday church service at St. Andrew Ukrainian Catholic Church in Parma, DeWine and First Lady Fran DeWine will express their support for Ohio’s Ukrainian community.
