NOACA and ODOT invite public to share feedback on I-71 corridor traffic issues in Northeast Ohio

Brunswick, Ohio – The Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA), in partnership with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), is inviting residents to take part in two upcoming public meetings focused on traffic concerns along the busy I-71 corridor through Brunswick, Strongsville, and North Royalton. These meetings are part of the I-71 Crossroads Regional Transportation Study, a major effort aimed at improving traffic flow, access, and mobility in this fast-growing region.

“The I-71 Crossroads Regional Transportation Study is investigating how to improve access, mobility, and traffic operations in the region bounded by Center Road (SR 303) on the south, Pearl Road (US 42) on the north and west, and W. 130th Street on the east.”

The study team will present preliminary findings on current and projected travel conditions and will invite attendees to share their personal experiences with congestion and offer suggestions for potential solutions. Both meetings will feature the same content and are designed to collect public feedback early in the planning process.
