On December 31 in Dayton, the Yellow Cab Tavern will hold the 4th annual New Year’s Eve Ball Drop with a Silent Disco. The company, which is based in downtown Dayton, says it will throw a complimentary midnight toast and let the ball drop at 12 p.m. Click here for additional information about the event.
A New Year’s Eve ball drop will take place in downtown New Carlisle from 9 p.m.to 12 a.m. According to the event page, there will be free horse-drawn carriage rides, live ice sculpture, cold hard cash giveaways, hotdogs, hot cocoa, music, and more.
Yellow Springs officials are informing the public that the annual New Year’s Eve Ball Drop event is canceled due to the recent spread of the omicron variant.
