Dayton, Ohio – Colleges in the area have announced that they will be closed due to the upcoming winter weather.
It’s going to be snowy on Thursday, so Sinclair Community College is going to close all of its campus sites on Thursday, February 3.
This shutdown, according to Sinclair, will result in the cancellation of all clinicals and labs held on campus. There will be no problems with remote courses, even those that are done through eLearn, on Thursday.
In order to get more information from teachers, Sinclair requested that students log into eLearn and check their email.
The college said that employees at Sinclair would be allowed to work from home if they are able.
Several Edison State Community College locations will be closed at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, February 2, and will remain closed until Sunday, February 6. The college announced the closures on its Facebook page.
Wright State University said that the Dayton campus will operate remotely on Thursday and Friday, and that the Lake campus will operate remotely beginning on Wednesday at 4 p.m. and continuing through Friday.
