Head-on collision in Preble County sent two people to the hospital

Preble County, Ohio – Two people were hurt when two cars hit each other head-on in Preble County on Wednesday.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, two vehicles crashed around 1:49 p.m. near Lewisburg Western Road on US 127.

An investigation showed that 22-year-old Camden resident Eric Halderman was driving a Ford F-150 south on US127 when he veered off to the left and hit directly into a Chevrolet Impala, driven by 70-year-old Pamela Dull.

The driver of the Chevrolet, Dull, was transported to Miami Valley Hospital for treatment of what were said to be serious injuries, while Halderman, the driver of the Ford F-150, was treated for non-life-threatening injuries at Preble County Hospital.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is still investigating the accident.
