Hamilton cast paid a visit to local schools

Dayton, Ohio – Local schools have been visited by members of the Hamilton cast, who have shared their passion for the arts by educating students about theater, music, and dance.

On Monday, January 31, Christopher Rice-Thompson led a dance class for more than 300 students in the Performing Arts Department at Centerville High School in Centerville, Ohio. On Monday afternoon, Centerville City Schools shared a video of the students participating in the class on their Facebook page.

On Tuesday, other cast members paid a visit to Coy Middle School in Beavercreek, where they held a Group Vocal Workshop and had a Q&A session. They also taught a piece from the show to the students in the school choir. The session was held from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Saturday.

The Hamilton tour is now in Dayton, Ohio, where it is performing at the Schuster Performing Arts Center. For further information or to order tickets, please visit this website.
