The cases involve separate incidents in the Northern District of Ohio where the individuals were allegedly found in the United States without the required consent from the U.S. Attorney General or the Secretary of Homeland Security for lawful reentry.
Previously Deported Individuals Found in Multiple Ohio Counties
The four men, each citizens of different countries, had all previously been removed from the United States on at least one occasion before allegedly returning without authorization.
