Dayton, Ohio – The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) will participate in the “Ohio Loves Transit” week-long event, which will include other Ohio agencies.
Due to COVID-19, the RTA will be running a virtual campaign from February 13 through February 20 to celebrate “Ohio Loves Transit” week. The RTA will use social media to share the reasons why communities support public transportation.
The RTA has announced that on February 14, Valentine’s Day, it will give free rides across its whole system as a way of showing its appreciation.
“I am so very proud of the Dayton RTA team who has really stepped up to all the challenges that have come our way over the past year,” said Robert Ruzinsky, RTA CEO.
