Deneva Napier is described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was last seen wearing a red curly wig and a blue jacket. Deneva has been diagnosed with dementia, making her disappearance especially concerning and time-sensitive.
