Dayton fire crews responded to a fire at an apartment complex in Centerville, no injuries reported

Dayton, Ohio – Apartment complex fire in Centerville brought the fire crews to the scene Saturday morning, local fire officials confirmed.

According to the incident report, fire crews were dispatched to the scene at Revere Village Apartments in the 900 block of Revere Village Court following a 911 call in regards to an apartment fire.

When fire crews arrived at the scene, heavy smoke was coming out of the building, but the first responders managed to put the fire under control in a short period of time.

Fortunately, there was enough time and all the residents got out of the building on time. According to the available initial information, no injuries or deaths were reported.

Montgomery County dispatch confirmed that crews arrived at the scene minutes before 10 a.m.

The cause of the fire at this point remains unknown. There is an ongoing investigation which should reveal what happened and what led to the fire.
