Cincinnati, Ohio – A Cincinnati man, Kevin Steele, recently struck it big by winning $50,000 on the Ohio Lottery’s Bingo Times 25 scratch-off game.
Kevin purchased his lucky ticket at the Pit Stop, located at 2510 W Galbraith Road in Cincinnati. He initially scratched off the ticket at home, but it was his mother who returned to the store and discovered the ticket was a $50,000 winner. “I was very shocked,” Kevin said when reflecting on the unexpected win.
Plans for the Winnings
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28%, Kevin will take home approximately $36,000. He plans to share some of his winnings with his mother and buy Christmas gifts for his grandchildren, spreading holiday cheer within his family.
