Authorities seized almost $90,000 in stolen merchandise from Florida trio

Delaware, Ohio – During a traffic check last week, Delaware County Sheriff’s officers seized nearly $90,000 in stolen high-end merchandise.

Deputies pulled over the vehicle for speeding, and Oleg Lazanovitch, Vitaly Chaika, and Iryna Karp were taken into custody on theft-related charges.

According to the sheriff’s office, they discovered suitcases loaded with name-brand purses and clothes with price tags still attached.

Several blank checks from various companies, electronic sensor tag removal equipment, and multiple identification cards with images of the suspects under different names were also found inside the vehicle.

The Florida suspects were arrested and put into Delaware County jail.
