Dayton, Ohio – A man from Dayton is wanted on ten child pornography charges after police discovered various files of child porn on devices following a search of his home. Authorities said they have confiscated the devices with child porn files.
A warrant for the arrest of 48-year-old Michael Kent was issued by authorities on Tuesday morning.
According to court papers, a Dayton police investigator got a complaint from an outside organization in October that identified Kent as the person who “coerced a twelve-year-old male to send him nude photographs.”
Police eventually secured a search warrant for Kent’s house on Rita Avenue, and on January 27, detectives were able to collect many hard drives and other computer devices from the residence.
“Within those devices photos of (the 12-year-old) were located. In addition there were also multiple images of young male models, and multiple videos of juvenile males engaged in sexual acts with other juvenile males and adults,” court documents read.
Kent is still at large.
