Cuyahoga County, Ohio – The Ohio Attorney General’s Office said the North Royalton Police Department has canceled the Amber Alert issued for Tessa Kozelka, 12, who has been missing since April 4.
According to a press statement, a detective with the North Royalton Police Department said that the suspect and victim are both in the custody of the Cleveland Police Department.
According to authorities, she was abducted at 2 a.m. Monday on state Route 82 in North Royalton.
Mikaela Kozelka’s stepbrother, Micey Stiver, 23, was identified as the suspect in the abduction, according to the Amber Alert.
They were apprehended at around 10:34 p.m. on Tuesday, according to police.
