Akron man wins $50,000 on Billion scratch-off purchased at local BP station

Akron, Ohio – Donald, a lucky Ohio Lottery player, recently won $50,000 on the Ohio Lottery’s Billion scratch-off game. He purchased the winning ticket at the BP located at 579 N. Main Street in Akron.

After mandatory federal and state taxes, Donald will take home approximately $36,000 from his big win.

The Billion scratch-off game is a $50 ticket offering a top prize of $1 million a year for 20 years. As of September 4, three top prizes remain in this game.
