63-year-old arrested for sexual assault of a minor

Toledo, Ohio – This horrible incident has shaken a small southern Ohio town of less than 5,000 people.

Pike County resident Tony Bowling, 63, has been accused of raping an 11-year-old girl.

Sheriff Tracy Evans revealed that police got a report of an alleged sexual assault or rape. Tony Bowling was arrested and charged after an investigation.

Bowling was charged with the rape of a minor under the age of 13 by the sheriff’s office.

He is being held in the Scioto County Jail on $300,000 bail.

The date of his preliminary hearing is set for December 29. According to the Ohio Revised Code, Bowling might spend the rest of his life in jail.
