Cincinnati, Ohio – A developer from Cincinnati is constructing a $430 million master-planned community in the Greater Cincinnati area.
Located in the heart of the mixed-use development will be homes as well as a 60-acre park with walking and biking pathways.
It has been approved for the construction of Parkside, a 277-acre development in Lebanon’s historic center.
The project is being established by Doyle Hughes Development, a partnership between developers Justin Doyle and Neil Hughes.
